Meet the Team

Dr. Sahar Bhaloo, Psy D, CPsych - Clinical Psychologist & Flourish Co-Founder

Dr. Sahar Bhaloo, Psy D, CPsych

Clinical Psychologist & Flourish Co-Founder

I grew into this work through personal experiences of challenge and change that allowed me to connect deeply to what people need in growth moments and painful times. I was raised in West Africa, and then trained, lived and worked in the US, Mumbai and Canada. My global upbringing, diverse training and trauma lens all guide my therapeutic approach and my passion for reducing barriers to create a more accessible and relatable treatment.

I don’t take it lightly that I have the privilege and responsibility of meeting people at the most vulnerable and open moments of their lives as a result of painful life transitions, stress, relationship issues, identity questions, anxiety, anger, depression, loneliness, and unresolved trauma. I believe in integrating evidence-based practices to customize treatment to the needs of each individual.

I see myself as a conduit for healing, and I believe that collective and multigenerational healing starts with each of us breaking the cycles from our upbringing.

Bavidra Mohan

Coach, Facilitator & Flourish Co-Founder

I have spent the past decade training entrepreneurs on the principles of moral leadership and obsessing over the joys and provocations of fatherhood. As a Director of Acumen Academy, “The World’s School for Social Change”, I have coached hundreds of impact-focussed entrepreneurs, led sessions and coached speakers at TED, guest lectured at top-tier universities and oversaw a community of +1,600 Acumen Fellows. I'm Sri Lankan by origin, born in the Middle East and have moved countries almost every 4 years of my life.

I believe human flourishing is a collective moral imperative.

Oscar Campos

MSW, BSW, RSW

I’m a licensed therapist and Registered Social Worker with vast amount of experience in the mental health field supporting individuals through life’s challenges. As a cisgender Latine clinician, I bring a deep appreciation for the intersection of identity, culture, and lived experience to my work. My practice is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story, and is rooted in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive frameworks.

I work with individuals 16+ navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, addiction, life transitions, and identity exploration. My approach is collaborative and holistic, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and somatic and mindfulness-based practices. These approaches support emotional healing, strengthen resilience, and help foster meaningful personal growth.

Before entering private practice, I worked in both hospital and community mental health settings, including the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), where I supported clients navigating complex emotional and behavioral difficulties.

In our sessions, my goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, reconnect with your inner strengths and values, and develop practical tools for greater emotional balance and authenticity. Clients often describe my style as calm, gentle, and grounded, offering both warmth and practical guidance for change.

Outside of therapy, I find balance through reading, cycling, street photography, and spending time in nature; practices that help me stay present and connected so I can show up fully for the people I work with.

Nafeesa Ladha

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I’m a psychodynamic and trauma-informed therapist who believes that healing begins in a space where you feel deeply seen and understood. My work blends contemporary psychoanalytic therapy with Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and somatic approaches, helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades in healthcare, including at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH). While that work was meaningful, I felt a quiet, persistent calling toward understanding the emotional world, the stories, patterns, and relationships that shape how we move through life. My own experiences of adoption and early loss have given me a deep respect for the ways we protect ourselves, and how healing unfolds when those protections are gently met with compassion.

In therapy, I walk alongside adults navigating life transitions, trauma, and relational or attachment wounds. I also support those managing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, neurodivergence (including ADHD and Autism Spectrum), OCD tendencies, and emotional overwhelm.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in curiosity. Together, we make space for your inner world,  not to fix or rush through it, but to understand it, so you can begin to feel more at home within yourself.
