Yes, we are a team that specializes in trauma therapy, including Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Art therapy, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. We work with the small traumas and painful moments that build over time as well as the big traumas that change our lives instantly.

Both, all our clinicians offer therapy online, so you can access our services from the comfort of your home. We also provide in-person sessions in Toronto or Newmarket at this time if preferred.

The timeline varies for each person, depending on your goals and challenges. Most clients begin noticing improvements within a few weeks, but deeper work and maintenance of changes can take longer. This is something your therapist can clarify once you have clarified your goals for treatment.
